This is a temp or temp-to-hire opportunity offering $38 to $45 per hour. The ideal candidate will support attorneys with both administrative and legal tasks while ensuring efficient case management and maintaining strict confidentiality. Salary: USD38 - USD45 per hour Draft, proofread, and file legal documents including pleadings, contracts, and correspondence Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and track deadlines and court dates Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings for attorney review Maintain and organize case files in both physical and electronic formats Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, briefs, and witness coordination Handle administrative duties such as answering phones, managing mail, and filing Qualifications Prior experience as a legal assistant or in a law firm environment preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times #J-18808-Ljbffr
