House Manager to Private Family

Our client a prominent family, is seeking an exceptional House Manager to take ownership of a beautiful private residence in Beverly Hills. This role will work in close partnership with the Director of Residential Operations and bring a meticulous eye for detail, a warm and collaborative spirit, and the experience to run a world-class home, from staff leadership and guest hospitality to logistics, budgeting, and everything in between.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the housekeeping team, including scheduling, hiring, and performance reviews, ensuring the home is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and order.
• Oversee household administration, including invoice review, record keeping, inventory, and entertainment logs.
• Manage the daily flow of the home, including errands, purchases, returns, and incoming mail.
• Take on special projects and assignments as directed by leadership.
• Coordinate all family travel, from flights and hotels to ground transportation and full itineraries, and accompany the family on domestic and international trips as needed.
• Provide loving care for the household dogs, including daily walks, feeding, vet appointments, and grooming.
• Uphold the strictest confidentiality regarding all aspects of the home, the principal, staff, and household affairs.

Requirements:

• Must have Impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization, with sharp attention to detail.
• Must be a calm, proactive problem-solver and collaborative team player who adapts quickly to shifting priorities.
• Must be an exceptional communicator who translates complex issues into clear, actionable guidance for staff.
• Must be able to exercise proven discretion and the ability to protect sensitive personal and financial information.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; household management platforms and Spanish proficiency are a plus.
• Must have at least 5+ years of experience in a similar position

Compensation:

$150-170k DOE, benefits, 401K, PTO, etc.

Location:

Beverly Hills, CA. Full-time in person. Monday – Friday standard business hours. Flexibility as needed.
