Personal Assistant to Private Family

A private, high-profile family in Holmby Hills is seeking a highly motivated, high-energy Personal Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of their home. This is a hands-on, fully onsite role ideal for someone who takes pride in being helpful, anticipatory, and always one step ahead. This is an excellent opportunity for a PA/Butler who enjoys being hands-on and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, high-level support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide seamless personal and household support, ensuring the home runs smoothly at all times
• Assist with organization projects, including closets, storage, and general household systems
• Handle gifting needs end-to-end (sourcing, purchasing, wrapping, and delivery coordination)
• Support events as needed, acting as backup to ensure flawless execution
• Run errands and manage day-to-day logistics with efficiency and discretion
• Liaise with vendors and service providers, maintaining strong relationships and high standards

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Polished, discreet, and service-minded
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Takes initiative and thrives on being useful and solutions-oriented
• Must have a 24/7 mindset
• Must have at least 4+ years of experience in a similar position
• Prior experience working on a yacht or in luxury hospitality is preferred but not required

Location and Compensation:

• Fully onsite in Holmby Hills
• Compensation: $100K–$120K base + bonus
• Long-term opportunity with a supportive and dynamic household
