What We're Looking For:

  Agents at Any Stage: Newly licensed or pre-licensed candidates, established agents producing 2-12 transactions annually, and experienced producers ready to scale are all encouraged to apply.

  Business Ownership: Motivation to generate and convert business through prospecting, follow-up, client service, and proven systems.

  Team Orientation: Openness to mentorship, collaboration, accountability, and learning from high-performing agents.

Core Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Train and Execute: Participate in Morning Ascent, Basecamp, Peak Agent Training, live prospecting workshops, and coaching sessions.



• 
  

  Build Pipeline: Generate and follow up with leads, set appointments, and manage opportunities using MoxiWorks CRM.



• 
  

  Serve Clients: Guide buyers and sellers through the Utah residential real estate process with professionalism and consistent communication.

  Use the Platform: Leverage marketing, listing syndication, testimonial, and global brand resources to support your business.

  Collaborate and Grow: Work within a team-based environment, adopt proven systems, and contribute to a culture of accountability and community.
