Role

Zscaler is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Marketing Operations to apply operational rigor, elevate execution, and drive measurable performance across marketing launches, rapid response campaigns, and key company events. This is a high-impact individual contributor role embedded within the PMM Strategy and Operations function. You'll work cross-functionally across marketing, product management, sales, communications, and events and in close partnership with the Revenue Marketing organization to ensure every marketing launch lands with precision and impact. Beyond launches, you'll drive rapid response programs and contribute to flagship events that define Zscaler's market presence. This is a role for someone who sees operational excellence not as a support function, but as a competitive advantage.

What You'll Do (Role Expectations)

• Own end-to-end execution of Zscaler's marketing launch process, serving as the single point of contact for all Tier 1 launches across marketing, product, sales, communications, web, creative, and events, maintaining the launch calendar, documentation, and deliverable trackers
• Partner with Revenue Marketing, PMM leads, and Sales Enablement to align launch execution with demand generation, campaign timing, and integrated marketing programs, ensuring full readiness including sales and partner training materials
• Own and continuously optimize Zscaler's Rapid Response process, serving as the operational hub for real-time market activations, managing timelines, aligning contributors, and ensuring quality output under tight deadlines
• Drive a holistic approach to rapid response by partnering closely with Revenue Marketing, PR, and social teams to ensure every activation extends beyond a singular motion and builds into a cohesive, high-impact campaign
• Lead content management for Zenith Live and support content execution for major industry events (e.g., RSAC, Black Hat, AWS re:Invent, Gartner), ensuring all programs align to core messaging priorities

What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

• 6+ years of experience in product marketing, launch management, or program management within B2B tech, with a demonstrated track record of owning and executing complex, cross-functional marketing launches end-to-end
• Proven ability to build, document, and scale operational processes and launch frameworks in partnership with senior leadership across a large, matrixed marketing organization
• Experience working cross-functionally with product management, sales, corporate communications, events, and creative teams, with strong project management skills including goal-setting, proactive follow-up, deadline management, and structured documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into business-relevant value propositions
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with enterprise security and networking concepts, and an understanding of the competitive landscape in which Zscaler operates
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies, with experience leveraging AI to increase personal and team efficiency
• PMP or equivalent project management certification

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$171,500—$245,000 USD
