Your Mission:Build and execute a local sales strategy that drives growth
Develop referral partnerships with hospitals, rehabs, assisted living, and physician offices
Lead face-to-face outreach in the community
Help position SYNERGY as the #1 trusted care provider in the region
Base + uncapped commission = High earnings potential
Clear path to Sales Manager by 2026

Proven track record in outside sales or business development
