Job Specifications Job Type: Full-time hours Pay Rate: Competitive salary Shift: Day shift Roles And Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes and conducting initial interviews. Maintain employee records and manage HR databases. Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires. Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits. Collaborate with management to promote a positive workplace culture. Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
