Paradise Landscaping is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our office and support both our team and our clients at a high level.

This is a key position within our company. The right candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, strong communication, and an exceptional client experience.

We are a high-end landscape management and installation company known for white-glove service, and we are looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and helps drive the business forward.

Compensation & Benefits

· Salary: $52,000 annually

· Full-time (40 hours/week)

· Paid Time Off (PTO)

· Mileage reimbursement at $0.56/mile for approved travel

Role Overview

The Office Manager is responsible for keeping the office running efficiently while supporting financial processes, team coordination, and client communication.

This role requires someone who is:

· Highly organized and detail-oriented

· Comfortable taking initiative and making decisions

· Strong in communication with both clients and team members

· Able to identify problems and implement solutions

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee daily office operations and administrative workflows

· Manage invoicing, receivables, and collections follow-up

· Assist with payroll processing and job costing

· Maintain accurate financial and operational records

· Support scheduling coordination and internal communication

· Manage inventory and office systems

· Identify inefficiencies and implement improved processes

· Help maintain a professional, organized, and high-performing office environment

Qualifications

· 2–3+ years of office management or similar experience

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

· Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and take ownership

· Proven problem-solving ability

Requirements

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Valid driver’s license and insurable record

Preferred

· Experience in the landscape, construction, or service industry

· Bookkeeping or accounting experience

· Experience with CRM or operational systems (Aspire a plus)

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
