Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients directly both in the community and through remote platforms, addressing their complex behavioral health conditions with tailored interventions.

• Implement evidence-based assessment and diagnostic protocols to identify client needs and guide treatment pathways.

• Develop and execute individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring access to aligned services.

• Provide therapeutic interventions including brief treatment sessions, crisis management, family therapy, and group sessions focused on recovery.

• Continuously monitor progress and adjust treatment interventions as necessary to ensure the effectiveness of care.

• Maintain compliance with organizational policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements to guarantee safety in the therapeutic environment.

• Contribute to organizational quality initiatives by participating in team meetings and committees aimed at improving service delivery.

• Manage documentation and reporting responsibilities efficiently to keep accurate and timely records for treatment plans and client progress.

• Participate in on-call duties as needed to provide support to clients beyond regular operating hours.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
