Location: Grove City, Ohio
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join a laboratory team in Grove City, Ohio. This position supports daily laboratory operations through sample preparation, testing, documentation, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples, materials, and test panels for laboratory testing
• Perform routine laboratory tests following established procedures
• Accurately record and document test results and observations
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
• Assist with quality control testing and product evaluations
• Follow laboratory safety standards and company procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Label, store, and dispose of materials according to guidelines
• Support data collection and reporting activities
• Assist with additional laboratory projects as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related science field preferred
• Previous laboratory, quality control, manufacturing, or testing experience preferred
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
