Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive care provision and resource connectivity for clients.

• Establish and maintain communication channels with local, state, federal, and community organizations to promote our programs and identify opportunities for partnership and funding.

• Participate in professional development activities including conferences and training sessions, and represent the organization in statewide committees and task forces.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, adapting to the evolving needs of clients and the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including those facing issues such as substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and challenges related to acquired brain injuries. Qualifications\n
