Gratitude Weight Loss Honolulu is looking for a passionate and driven Account Retention Specialist to join our growing team in Kapolei, HI! In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our clients on their wellness journeys while helping our business thrive through meaningful relationships and exceptional service. Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with existing clients to strengthen relationships and improve long-term retention rates
- Identify at-risk accounts and implement strategies to re-engage and retain clients
- Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and program adherence
- Address client concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases as needed
- Track and manage account activity using CRM tools to monitor retention metrics
- Collaborate with wellness and sales teams to align client success strategies
- Educate clients on program benefits, updates, and available resources to maximize their experience
- Previous experience in customer retention, account management, or client services preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy, professionalism, and confidence
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Experience with CRM software or customer management platforms is a plus
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
