Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or similar) that allows for independent practice — we do not offer supervision.

• No restricted licenses or previous disciplinary actions against the candidate’s professional record.

• Strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach to client interactions.

• Proficiency with technology and strong computer skills, necessary for conducting virtual therapy sessions.

• A reliable computer equipped with webcam capabilities and a stable internet connection for uninterrupted telehealth services.
