About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Revenue Cycle Management to serve as a strategic and operational finance leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting financial sustainability and supporting the organization in achieving its growth objectives. This role involves overseeing various aspects of the revenue cycle, including patient access services, operations, denials, billing, insurance management, and customer service. The Vice President will also be a key liaison with federal and state entities, managed care payers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient claims processing. Applicants must have a Master's degree, with a preference for an emphasis in hospital or business administration, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in revenue cycle management and related fields. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in financial leadership, and VP-level experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in legacy systems, proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. They should be capable of strategic thinking, process improvement, and be adept at boosting employee morale. The Vice President will also be responsible for maintaining close industry connections, providing reports to the Board of Trustees, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and laws.
