Accounting Manager

Accounting ManagerSystem One is assisting a Tulsa location of a foreign-owned company with a search for an Accounting Manager. It is a dynamic and diverse company with good benefits. Responsibilities include:Handle the day-to-day accounting functions for a growing 40-person organizationPrepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportingEnsure compliance with GAAP and support IFRS reporting requirements, coordinating with corporate as appropriate.Perform profitability analysis to support strategic business decisionsMonitor and analyze cash flow to optimize financial performance and liquidityPrepare account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial recordsDrive process improvements and strengthen financial controlsWill be involved with ERP system implementation/upgrade as corporate rolls out new systemPartner with leadership to provide financial insights and business recommendationsAssume oversight of Human Resources functions as the role evolvesSupport company growth initiatives, including occasional international travelRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA preferredStrong accounting knowledge with expertise in GAAP; IFRS experience is a plusProgressive accounting and financial management experienceExperience overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysisStrong ERP systems experience; implementation or upgrade experience highly preferredExperience performing profitability analysis and cash flow managementStrong reconciliation and financial close process experienceExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organizationAbility to work in an on-site, diverse environment that allows for professional flexibility.
