Job Title: Part-Time Bookkeeper
Work Hours: 20 hrs/week
Location: Massapequa Park, NY
Work SIte: Onsite
Employment Type: Contract
Salary: TBD
- Candidate will be responsible for basic bookkeeping: Accounts Payable, Processing Credit Card Payments, and General Ledger Maintenance (QuickBooks)
- Candidate will be expected to be onsite each day. Mornings are preferable, but time can be flexible (The business is open from 8:00AM-4:00PM)
- Candidate will work directly with the business owner
- Familiarity with QuickBooks. The business uses a Desktop version of QuickBooks but will be eventually transferring over to the web-based application
- Willingness to learn and be trained on company specific protocols
- Team player
- Problem solver
- Strong attention to details
Training will be done onsite with the company CPA Interview:
Interviews will be done in-person
