Sales Manager Location: Borough Park About the Role:
We are seeking a high-energy, aggressive Sales Leader to take the reins of our sales team and drive top-line revenue growth. • Leadership & Coaching: Actively coach a 5-person sales team, providing deal inspection and high-performance feedback to maximize productivity.
• Strategic Goal Setting: Create and implement aggressive, measurable goals to drive both monthly and annual revenue growth.
• Performance Accountability: Cultivate a winning culture by holding reps accountable to outcomes and maintaining a high standard of excellence.
• Talent Acquisition: Own the on-boarding of top-performing sales talent. Qualifications:
• Experience: A proven track record of building, leading, and scaling winning sales teams.
• Skills: Exceptional mentorship abilities; you know how to turn a "good" rep into a "great" one. Compensation:
