In this role, you’ll work across various aspects of our marketing efforts, supporting the growth and visibility of the Tropolis brand. From crafting compelling campaigns to planning standout events, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our narrative and connecting with clients, partners, and the broader industry. Job Title: Marketing Associate Employment Type: Hybrid Salary: $45,000+ Bonus Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Create and schedule engaging social content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms Monitor channels and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions Develop campaign assets including posts, captions, graphics, videos, and stories Track platform performance and provide reporting with insights and recommendations Stay current with social trends and apply best practices to content strategy Events Assist in planning and executing company events, webinars, and industry conferences Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up Support lead sourcing and outreach for event attendance Contribute ideas to elevate the attendee experience and overall event impact Corporate Communications Draft, edit, and distribute internal newsletters and leadership communications Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints Brand Support Collaborate on presentations, marketing collateral, and creative projects Ensure visual and messaging alignment with Tropolis brand standards Strategic Initiatives Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities Support partner marketing efforts for carriers and agency offices Bring fresh ideas to evolve Tropolis’ marketing strategy Digital Marketing Help manage and update website content to improve user experience and lead generation Analyze campaign performance and support optimizations What We’re Looking For: Minimum Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and graphic design tools (HubSpot, Canva, social media tools, etc.). Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
