Retail Display Technician

Job Overview We are looking for a Retail Display Technician – Mobile to independently execute installation and break/fix projects for retail displays, security systems, and electronic components in top national retail environments such as Best Buy, Walmart, and Target. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and troubleshoot electronic displays, security systems, sensors, touch screens, TVs, alarms, and access control systems. Perform merchandising activities, including product placement, inventory management, and ensuring displays meet brand guidelines. Provide on‑site technical support during store openings, renovations, refreshes, and special events. Maintain accurate documentation of installation procedures, configurations, and issue resolutions using company‑approved platforms. Transport, set up, and manage tools, materials, and equipment, ensuring proper care and accountability. Travel independently to assigned locations using personal or rental transportation, complying with mileage reimbursement and safety guidelines. Qualifications Experience in a collaborative environment with adherence to safety guidelines and company protocols. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to adjust to shifting client needs on‑site. Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools to accept assignments, track work, and submit documentation. Valid driver’s license, passing a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and car insurance meeting T‑ROC’s minimum coverage requirements. Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting up to 50+ lbs, bending, kneeling, and using high‑dexterity tools.
