We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward.Role ScopeInspect fabrication and assembly work to drawings and specs: dimensional, visual, and weld checks at defined points.Document findings cleanly: inspection records, NCRs, and photos that tell the story.Verify rework and hold the gate: nothing tagged red moves without disposition.Feed the data: findings logged so trends surface and fixes follow.What We're Looking ForThe below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.You've inspected in a fabrication or manufacturing environment to drawings.You read prints and GD&T without help.You use the tools right: calibrated, recorded, and within method.You call defects consistently, even when the schedule pushes back.Your paperwork is complete the first time.Bonus: Weld inspection basics (CWI or CAWI track).
