Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active Delaware license as a Speech-Language Pathologist with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs
• Comfortable collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students
• Conduct assessments and interpret results to determine speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting students’ goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy activities in accordance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate findings and recommendations to staff and families
• Adapt therapy techniques as needed for varied student abilities and backgrounds
