Qualifications & Experience:

• Active DE license as an SLP CCC
• Previous experience in schools preferred
• Strong ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Skilled in assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring
• Confident with diverse caseloads and adapting strategies for individual needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
• Educate and collaborate with teachers and families for optimal student outcomes
