Tax Associate Opportunity at a Boutique Law Firm LHH Recruitment Solutions is working directly with a partner of an international law firm who is seeking tax talent. Please find the details below: You will advise on the tax implications of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, cross-border financings, restructurings, reorganizations, and spinoffs. This group is collegial, collaborative, and down-to-earth. The firm hires with the intent of elevating associates to partner – partnership discussions are held at around the 7th/8th year. Associates annualize 1500-1800 hours. Hybrid arrangement. Prior tax experience at a law firm as an attorney is required. Equal Opportunity Employer / Veterans / Disabled.
