Operations Coordinator

Job Title

Education Required - High School Diploma or GED

Schedule: Day Shift - 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with 1 Hour Lunch Must Be 100% On-Site. There Is No Remote or Hybrid Schedule Available.

• Must have demonstrated longevity in previous role (avoid submitting any job hoppers)
• Must have experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Must be familiar with shipping/receiving and inventory processes
• Must have immediate availability to start if selected

Hiring Process: All Interviews Will Be Conducted In-Person.

Job Responsibilities:

• Enter, maintain, and update data in TAT and JDE systems.
• Generate reports and track operational performance metrics.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and team communications.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, work orders, and other operational documentation.
• Assist with inventory management, shipping, and logistics coordination.
• Respond to phone calls and emails, and help resolve customer and employee inquiries.
• Organize and maintain files to ensure records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Support managers with special projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by supporting general housekeeping efforts.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or relevant experience preferred.
• Previous administrative, operations, or coordination experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with business systems such as JDE is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience with ERP systems such as JDE.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or operations environment.
• Knowledge of inventory, purchasing, or logistics processes.
