HR Business Partner

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team. As a HR Business Partner, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: HR Business Partner Location: Holtsville, NY Pay Range: $54 - $55 Shift: 8:30am - 5:30pm Duration: 3 months temporary assignment What's the Job? Implement HR-related processes, practices, policies, and outcomes within the assigned business units. Collaborate with managers and supervisors to address associate relations and performance issues. Partner with HR subject matter experts to develop strategies and solutions that meet business needs. Provide input on programs, procedures, and guidelines to align with strategic goals. Support leadership in change management and organizational development initiatives. What's Needed? Strong working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines including compensation, organizational design, and employment laws. Experience in resolving associate issues and providing effective consulting and client management. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and make presentations. Ability to critically analyze ambiguous situations and exercise good judgment. Demonstrated ability to develop trust and build strong relationships across teams. What's in it for me?
