Hospital Account Manager

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Hospital Account Manager to sell acute care monitoring technologies and build clinical relationships in the San Diego and Southwest territory. The role involves product demonstrations, competitive conversions, and account management working remotely with 50%+ travel.
Responsibilities
- Convert competitive hospital accounts to Masimo technology using established sales processes
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical evaluations at target hospital accounts
- Develop strategic relationships with clinical thought leaders and decision makers
- Drive sensor agreement closures for new conversions and account renewals
- Maintain CRM database with account profiles, status updates, and sales forecasts
Requirements
- 2+ years hospital-based sales experience with innovative technology solutions
- Documented success selling medical devices to multiple clinical departments and decision makers
- Strong customer relationship management and organizational skills
- Ability to conduct clinical evaluations and communicate value-based solutions
- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
- Experience building clinical champions and selling paradigm-shifting solutions preferred
Compensation: $90,000 base; up to $140,000 variable compensation at 100% of sales objectives
