Let’s Talk About the Money (Because That’s Why You’re Here)
• Paid training to get you up and running
• Uncapped commission + bonuses

• Our most successful reps consistently self-generate opportunities - that’s the key to success here. It starts with “when is the last time you had your water tested?”

If you’re someone who wants a clear path to $100K, here’s an example of what that could look like:
• Run ~7 appointments per week
• Close ~60% of them
• Sell/rent ~6 systems per week

That breaks down to:
• ~$70K from sales commissions
• ~$30K from rentals
Total: ~$100K+ annually - plus full benefits

What You’ll Actually Be Doing
• Meeting homeowners in their homes (appointments are provided)
• Testing water and explaining what’s going on in a way people understand
• Recommending the right solution for their needs
• Closing deals and building your income
