Assistant Clinic DirectorLocation: Roundrock, TX Company: IV NutritionAbout the RoleWe are hiring an Assistant Clinic Director to support the management and daily operations of our clinic while delivering exceptional intravenous vitamin infusion services and an outstanding client experience.This role combines clinical expertise, sales leadership, client relationship management, and team development. You will assist in overseeing staff, ensuring excellent client care, driving client retention, supporting clinic sales goals, maintaining compliance standards, and contributing to overall clinic performance.This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in both client care and business growth while developing high-performing teams.What You'll DoClinical Care & Client ExperienceAdminister IV therapies, including starting IVs and monitoring treatmentsEnsure client safety, comfort, and overall well-being throughout servicesDocument client interactions, treatments, and responses accuratelyProvide education to clients regarding therapies, memberships, and wellness servicesDeliver a high-touch client experience that promotes loyalty and long-term relationshipsAddress client concerns and service recovery opportunities promptly and professionallyConduct follow-up calls and outreach to clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage continued engagementSupport membership enrollment, renewals, and retention initiativesSales & Client RetentionLead by example in promoting clinic services, memberships, and wellness programsDrive clinic sales performance through relationship-based selling and client educationMonitor client retention metrics and identify opportunities to improve client engagementCoach team members on effective sales conversations and client relationship buildingSupport achievement of clinic revenue goals through exceptional client experiences and consistent follow-upPartner with the Clinic Director to implement local marketing, referral, and retention strategiesClinic Operations & SupportAct as a backup point of contact for the Clinic DirectorEnsure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulationsComplete required training related to nutrition infusion therapiesSupport daily clinic operations and workflow efficiencyMonitor clinic performance metrics and assist with action plans for improvementAssist with inventory management, scheduling, and operational executionTeam Leadership & DevelopmentAssist in hiring, onboarding, and developing staffTrain and educate team members on procedures, sales techniques, and client care standardsLead, motivate, and influence staff to meet performance goalsFoster a positive, high-performance team cultureSupport ongoing staff development (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferredExperienceMinimum 1 year of vascular access or infusion experienceMinimum 1 year of leadership or management experiencePrevious sales, membership, retail healthcare, hospitality, or client retention experience preferredTechnical KnowledgeMicrosoft OfficeElectronic Medical Records (EMR) systemsAnatomy, medical terminology, and clinical practicesBasic understanding of sales metrics, client retention strategies, and performance reportingSkills & AttributesStrong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal
