Key Responsibilities For The Payroll Specialist Process biweekly payroll for approximately 550 employees across multiple departments. Administer payroll in compliance with collective bargaining agreements and company policies. Review and resolve payroll-related leave and benefits discrepancies. Audit, maintain, and generate payroll reports within the UKG system. Investigate and resolve payroll issues while collaborating with HR and Finance teams. Qualifications For The Payroll Specialist Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of payroll experience, preferably in a union environment. Experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) or a comparable payroll system. Working knowledge of payroll regulations, labor agreements, and payroll compliance.
