Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your duties will encompass a variety of therapeutic interventions:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for couples and families.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions with couples both together and individually, addressing various challenges such as relationship conflicts, communication barriers, and emotional distress.

• Specializing in family dynamics and providing therapeutic interventions for issues like grief and loss, adjustment to separation and divorce, blended family challenges, and sibling conflicts.

• Utilizing evidence-based methodologies to guide treatment, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
\n
• Participating in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to enhance your practice and contribute to the overall clinical quality of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will span a broad demographic, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will address a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to:

• Physical and psychological abuse

• Grief and loss issues
\n
• Job stress and medical concerns
\n
• Challenges faced by blended families, including remarriage and adjustment issues

• Conflict resolution among family members and communication difficulties

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications:

• Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Strong commitment to clinical excellence and a passion for providing patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience\n

We welcome applications from both newly licensed and experienced therapists. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a flexible availability and a willingness to commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our organization offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide:
