HR Generalist/Payroll & Benefits Administrator On-site; Lafayette, Indiana About the Role We’re hiring a Benefits Coordinator to manage employee benefits, support payroll operations, and assist with basic accounting tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail‑driven, fast‑moving environment and values accuracy, compliance, and employee support. What You’ll Do Administer employee benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness programs. Serve as the main contact for benefits questions and employee support. Process enrollments, changes, terminations, and assist with 401(k) and Workers’ Comp r eviews. Prepare and review payroll data, timesheets, and deductions. Support accounting with reconciliations, vendor payments, and record maintenance. Key components: Benefits Administration, Payroll Processing and Accounting Support What You Bring 3–5 years of experience in benefits, payroll, or accounting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of HR compliance and payroll tax rules. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
