NOC Lead Engineer

Job Title: NOC Lead Engineer (Network Operations Center) Overview / Summary: We are seeking an experienced NOC Lead Engineer to oversee network operations, lead a team of engineers, and ensure timely resolution of network issues. The role involves supervising daily NOC activities, improving processes, and collaborating with cross-functional IT teams. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor L1 and L2 NOC Engineers Oversee response to network alerts and hardware malfunctions Ensure timely diagnosis and troubleshooting of network errors Track and document network issues; compile and review incident reports Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures Lead and coordinate bridge calls for P1/P2 issues Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for network operations Ensure continuous improvement of network monitoring and incident response processes Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless network operations Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field Extensive experience working as a NOC Engineer Proven leadership experience in a Network Operations Center or similar environment Good written and verbal communication skills In-depth knowledge of networking and devices such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, VPN, and access points Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Good to have: CCNA, JNCIA, CISSP, or relevant certifications What Makes HTC A Great Place To Build Your Future HTC Global Services wants you to join our team.
