In this exciting opportunity, you'll play a pivotal role in managing U.S. and international trademark portfolios, from application to enforcement. You'll work directly with attorneys and clients, navigating a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online trademark clearance searches and assess potential conflicts
- Prepare and file U.S. and international trademark documents (applications, renewals, assignments, statements of use)
- Oversee docketing and manage trademark deadlines with precision
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and address inquiries
- Support litigation efforts by preparing exhibits, research, and discovery materials
- Minimum 3 years of trademark paralegal experience
- Proficient in domestic and international trademark processes
- Skilled with CPI, SAEGIS, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), PowerPoint
- Exceptional communication, organization, and judgment
- Professional demeanor and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Work alongside industry-leading professionals in a collaborative setting
- Engage in high-level legal projects and client interaction
