Senior Preconstruction Strategy Lead

Stoneway Talent Solutions is assisting a high-growth commercial general contractor in Nashville to hire a senior preconstruction leader. You will turn opportunities into executable plans and oversee pursuit, estimating, budgeting, design-phase planning, and turnover strategy. Partnering with sector leaders and executives, you will assess project and client fit, manage risk, set KPIs, and drive constructability and readiness. A minimum of 10+ years in preconstruction is required.
