Warehouse Clerk - Office & Inventory Support

Location: Euless/Grapevine DFW Airport Area

Pay: Starting at $20/hr

Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm

Available Schedules

Day Shift: Tuesday-Saturday | 9 AM-6 PM
Day Shift: Wednesday-Sunday | 8 AM-5 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM-11:30 PM

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is hiring on behalf of one of our clients seeking organized, detail-oriented Warehouse Clerks to support daily warehouse operations.

This position is primarily administrative and computer-based within a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with computers, communicating through email, and maintaining accurate information in warehouse systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills who enjoys administrative work and is looking for a stable, long-term position.

Job Responsibilities

Enter, review, and update information in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Ensure warehouse records and system information are accurate and current.
Assist with inventory documentation and order tracking.
Communicate with forklift operators and warehouse personnel regarding order and inventory information.
Identify and correct discrepancies in warehouse records.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications

Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
Comfortable sending and responding to professional emails.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
Previous warehouse, inventory, data entry, or administrative experience preferred.
Familiarity with WMS systems is a plus.

Additional Details

Starting pay of $20/hr, negotiable based on experience.
Multiple schedules available.
Must be able to pass background check and drug test
Full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity.
Primarily office and computer work within a warehouse setting.
Meet-and-greet with the hiring manager required before placement.
Potential for a quick start following a successful meeting.
