We are committed to providing exceptional service and a comfortable experience, and your attention to detail will help us achieve that goal.Key Responsibilities:Clean and maintain the appearance of all public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and meeting spaces.Perform deep cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.Shampoo carpets and furniture in public areas to uphold hotel standards of cleanliness and presentation.Set up and maintain complimentary hotel lobby functions, including coffee service and nightly concierge events.Clean and prepare meeting rooms for events, including setting up tables, chairs, and necessary equipment.Deliver service items to guest rooms upon requests from the front desk, ensuring timely and courteous service.Comply with all hotel standards and safety regulations to promote a safe and efficient working environment.RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:Previous experience in hospitality or cleaning services preferred.Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties and lift supplies.Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.At our hotel, we foster a positive and inclusive work environment that values growth and development.
