Job Overview
We are currently hiring Production Workers for a fast-paced assembly facility specializing in medium commercial tire and wheel assemblies . This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
As part of a shift crew, you will help assemble, mount, inflate, balance, and sequence tire and wheel assemblies to meet exact customer specifications.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble tires and wheels according to work instructions
- Mount, inflate, and balance assemblies to required specifications
- Lift and maneuver tires up to 50 lbs regularly
- Maintain continuous production while standing, bending, and lifting for up to 10 hours per shift
- Identify part numbers and ensure correct materials are used
- Read and follow detailed work instructions and production guidelines
- Enter basic data into computer systems as needed
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Perform quality checks to ensure defect-free production output
- Minimum 1 year of assembly or factory experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Strong attendance record and reliability
- Safety-conscious with a commitment to following procedures
- Quality-focused with attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Basic communication skills (must be able to follow instructions clearly)
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Forklift experience
