Human Resources Business Partner

Shift : M-F, 8A-5P
Pay : $55-65K
Where : East side of Indianapolis
Direct Hire

Duties

Conduct HR Advising and consulting to customers
Administer workers' compensation plans
Provide Guidance on HRIS as subject matter expert and competitive practices for customer implementation
Research compensation data for clients using existing tool and assist in the creation of total compensation reports

Qualifications

3+ years of HR-related experience; experience in multiple industries preferred
Customer Service Oriented
Knowledge of HRIS and can work well within different software's
Microsoft Office Suites experience
