Registered Nurse (RN) - Charge Acute Care

Nurse Supervisor - Nursing

Schedule: Night Shift, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36.00

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification
• At least five years of technical experience preferred
• Minimum of two years in a supervisory role required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership in the development and delivery of clinical services.
• Supervise and direct unit personnel.
• Coordinate care with health team members, patients, and families to revise care plans.
• Monitor patient care activities to ensure quality and safety.
• Foster an environment of patient-centered care, addressing cultural diversity and personal needs.
• Engage with patients and families to solicit feedback on care quality and address concerns.

Compliance / Notes:

• Must maintain certifications within the last two years.
• No call required.
