• The Math: Navigate complex financing, lease residuals, and trade-in valuations. You need to explain the "why" behind the numbers so clearly that a five-year-old—or a skeptical CFO—gets it.
• The Win: Close deals that build long-term loyalty. We’re in Loganville; your reputation is your currency.

Compensation:

$40,000 - $45,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Conversion:

• Inbound and Outbound calls. Respond to incoming leads via phone calls, online forms, email inquiries, chat support, and social media.
• Qualify and convert leads into customers through engaging, consultative sales techniques.
• Use CRM software to track and manage sales activities, customer communications, and lead status.

Customer Communication:

• Proactively reach out to potential customers through email, calls, and online messaging.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any inquiries or concerns related to products/services.

Product Knowledge:

• Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services.
• Effectively present features, benefits, and competitive advantages to potential customers.

Sales Strategy:

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Work with the marketing team to align on campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

Data Entry & Reporting:

• Keep accurate records of communications, lead progress, and customer feedback.
• Generate reports to analyze sales performance and provide insights to improve strategies.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss sales trends, strategies, and challenges.

Qualifications:

• Pleasant disposition with positive attitude.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in an internet or e-commerce environment.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to speak clearly and professionally.
• Comfortable working with CRM software.
• Familiarity with online sales techniques, including email marketing, chat, and social media sales.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple leads at once.
• A positive attitude with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
