Treatment Coordinator - Centerville Dental Center

Job Description:

Our office is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our growing dental team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys patient interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for helping others understand and access the care they need.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient use of the office calendar.
Assist patients in understanding their treatment options and financial responsibilities.
Maintain accurate patient records while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with dental professionals to coordinate treatment plans effectively.
Handle medical billing processes and insurance verification for patient accounts.
Manage phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information and addressing concerns.
Ensure the office environment is organized and welcoming for patients and staff alike.

Requirements:

Proficiency in dental terminology and medical scheduling is preferred.
1 year of experience is required.
Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for this role.
Experience in office management or as a dental receptionist is highly desirable.
Familiarity with medical billing procedures will be an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality at all times.
