ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with various projects including data entry, filing, compiling data, and other tasks that may contribute to the internal workings of the organization. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. Assists staff with tasks such as filing, data entry, copying, and compiling data. Works with teammates to expand knowledge of the company and aid the learning process. Completes specific projects related to analysis and planning. Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Required qualifications: representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels and with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to handle multiple tasks and details. Ability to operate a computer, calculator, multi‑line phone, fax machine, copier, and other office equipment. Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
