Job Title

Clinical Care  LVN/LPN Float – Contract (Full-Time)

Pay rate: $37.17 an hr

Location

Kissimmee, FL (Onsite)– Kissimmee, FL 34746
May require floating to nearby locations.

Schedule

32–40 hrs/week , including  every other weekend
Shifts are typically 7–10 hours during clinic operating hours
Training/orientation is  first 3 weeks (must be able to attend without planned time off)

Job Type / Duration

Contract to hire
Conversion to permanent is possible but not guaranteed.

About the Role

We’re hiring an experienced  LPN/LVN to support a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment. You’ll deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care, support clinic operations, and collaborate with the care team to drive strong patient outcomes.
This role is safety-sensitive.

What You’ll Do

• Administer medications (oral, injectable, IV, topical) per scope and protocol
• Perform patient assessments, vital signs, and symptom monitoring
• Provide vaccinations, phlebotomy, and point-of-care testing
• Document accurately in the EMR and maintain complete patient histories
• Support a clean, stocked, organized clinic environment
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and clinical staff

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LVN or LPN license in good standing ( no current or prior disciplinary actions )
• BLS certification (expiration must be  at least 30 days past start date )
• Recent experience in  Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room
• • Note: candidates with only long-term care (SNF/LTAC/home health/nursing home) experience are not a fit for this setting
• Experience with  phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing
• 1+ year related experience in a healthcare setting
• Comfortable using  EMR systems (Epic preferred)
• High School Diploma/GED (verifiable)

Preferred

• Epic EMR (or similar) experience
