Pride Health is hiring for an Occupational Health LPN for a very well-known client in Lake Buena Vista, FL! (Contract)

Schedule : Mon-Fri (8:30am-5:30pm)

Contract : 3-4 month contract to start

Pay Rate : $28-30/hr

Specific Duties:

• Conduct pre-employment reviews of medical documentation to verify compliance with company standards.
• No direct patient interaction.
• Assess and clear candidates using established occupational health guidelines and clinical criteria.
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and facilitate appropriate follow-up when necessary.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medical records in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies.
• Handle a high volume of cases while meeting established turnaround time requirements.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, providers, and support staff to support the timely processing of medical clearances.
• Comply with all organizational, state, and federal standards governing occupational health services.

Must have qualifications/experience:

• LPN License FL
• Previous experience with employee health or work-related examination processes
• Experience in occupational or employee health settings
• Experience in Maritime industry is a plus
