Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our family! As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Aviata at Kissimmee Gardens, you will provide direct patient care to our residents and patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. This is a full-time position with competitive pay, opportunities for professional growth, and a welcoming environment where you can make a difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation
- Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program
- Provide nursing services, including conducting and documenting thorough evaluations of each resident's medical status upon admission and throughout their course of treatment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN
- Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
- Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
