Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, creative and digitally savvy Marketing Assistant to join FIFTH SEASON's global Marketing team. Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Branding and working closely with the Digital Marketing team, this role will provide day-to-day administrative support while contributing to company-wide brand initiatives, social media, creative content and brand experiences. Based in Los Angeles, the ideal candidate is an exceptional organizer and communicator with strong creative instincts, a solid understanding of social media and an eagerness to build a career in entertainment marketing. This role is well suited for someone who can confidently balance administrative responsibilities with creative opportunities, thrives in a fast-paced environment and approaches their work with initiative, attention to detail and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. Job Responsibilities Manage the VP of Marketing and Branding's calendar, proactively prioritizing meetings and optimizing time across multiple time zones. Process invoices and track expenditures with detailed accuracy and accountability. Perform administrative responsibilities, including presentation preparation, expense management, and coordinate domestic and international travel, including accommodations, transportation, travel documentation and expense reporting. Support the Brand and Marketing team in the development and execution of company-wide brand initiatives, social media, events and other strategic marketing priorities. Support the planning and execution of screenings, premieres, dinners, industry events and other brand experiences, including guest lists, invitations, RSVP management, gifting, vendor coordination and on-site logistics. Schedule and publish social media content across multiple platforms, ensuring posts are delivered accurately and on time. Support community management by monitoring social channels, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with relevant conversations. Create static and short-form video content for social media, marketing initiatives and internal communications. Assist with content ideation and brainstorming, contributing creative ideas that support brand, talent and social objectives. Maintain organized departmental resources, project trackers, contact lists and documentation. Skills & Experience 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, social media, entertainment, media, communications or a related field preferred. Strong working knowledge of Canva is essential. Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with a strong understanding of social media best practices and the ability to adapt voice and tone across platforms. Experience creating engaging static and short-form video content for social media. Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is preferred. Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proactive, resourceful and solutions-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs, identify next steps and take ownership of responsibilities. Strong professional judgment and the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, external partners, vendors and colleagues across functions. Ability to balance creative responsibilities with the operational and administrative needs of a fast-moving global Marketing team. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel. Interest in emerging technologies, including AI-driven creative and productivity tools. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Flexibility to support occasional evening events, screenings, and other marketing activations as needed. Genuine interest in entertainment, culture, social media and brand building, with an eagerness to learn and grow within the industry. Compensation Range ; $23-$25 / hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
