Responsibilities Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities. Present products and services clearly and confidently. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information. Generate leads through promotional and customer outreach activities. Participate in community events and promotional activities. Follow up with prospective customers to support sales opportunities. Assist with promotional materials, displays, and event activities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and promotional activities. Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing and sales goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, retail, hospitality, or events is a plus but not required.
