Senior Digital DesignerManyone's New York team is looking for a Senior Digital Designer who thinks like a strategist and designs like a craftsperson. You'll work end-to-end -- from research and concept through high-fidelity design and hand-off - on digital experiences for U.S.-based and global clients, alongside strategists, technologists, and designers across our offices in the U.S. and Europe.We're a strategy-design hybrid. Our designers don't wait for a brief to land; they sit in the room where the problem gets framed, shape the answer with the client, and then make it real. If you want to own the work from 'why' to'shipped,' this is the role.What You'll DoOwn digital design from discovery to delivery: research, concepting, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and hand-off to developersHave your own client relationships - lead the conversation with your team, and bring the client along with the workTranslate business goals and user needs into clear, scalable digital experiences across web, mobile, and emerging surfaces (XR, AI-driven and physical-digital)Build and extend design systems that carry a brand consistently across productsPlan and facilitate workshops with clients, users and cross-functional teamsCollaborate daily with Manyone colleagues across disciplines and officesBring new tools, patterns and technologies into our practice as they matureWhat We're Looking ForMust Have5+ years in digital, UX/UI or interaction design, with shipped work on web and mobileA portfolio that shows strong visual craft, clear problem-solving and thoughtful interaction designComfort working ahead of the brief - framing problems, pressure-testing strategy, and defending design decisions in business termsExperience leading client conversations and presenting to senior stakeholdersFluency in Figma and prototyping tools; hands-on experience with design systemsExcited and experienced utilizing and exploring new (AI) toolsExperience working directly with developers through implementationExcellent written and spoken EnglishAble to be at our Dumbo studio three days a weekNice To HaveMotion designAI-driven or XR experienceConsultancy or agency experience with multiple clients in parallelWhat We OfferSalary range of $100K–$140K, depending on experienceComprehensive benefits, including health coverage and life insuranceHybrid working - two days a week from homeGenerous remote work and vacation policyA genuinely international team, with regular collaboration across Denmark, Sweden and the wider groupHow To ApplyA portfolio is required.
