Description – What Your Role Entails

• Conduct a variety of routine and advanced laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond—adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for reliability, troubleshoot potential errors, and conduct preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Meticulously document all procedures, participate in training of new personnel, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a safe and clean workspace, complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Criteria

• A degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health field, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your time with us.
