Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 5:15 pm Pay: $19/hr

Position Responsibilities:
- Maintain a record of personnel-related data with accuracy (payroll, personnel information, leave, and timesheets) in both paper and the database
- Assist with employee on-boarding/Off-boarding
- Schedule and track candidates throughout the hiring process in our application tracking system
- Provide administrative support in a variety of functions
- Assist with job fairs
- Coordinate random and yearly employee testing programs
- Assist with new hire and termination paperwork processing
- Verify department payroll reports
- Coordinate parking assignments
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two years of previous office administration or HR Assistant experience (preferred)
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle data accurately and with high level of confidentiality
- Exposure to payroll practices
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications
- Able to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Ability to walk for up to 50% of the workday
